Toyota has upgraded its GR Supra and we get to grips with the more powerful sportster this month.

The latest offering from the brand’s luxury offshoot, Lexus, has landed too and we spend some time living it up in the LC 500 convertible. Kia has added another value-laden SUV to its range in the Stonic. Is it the firm’s best offering yet?

Contemplating a new ute for the New Year? We have a full test of the Mazda BT-50 and we also review the top of the line D-Max X-Terrain. Ford’s newly launched Escape is put to the test against Subaru’s Forester X Sport, and we give the Hyundai Santa Fe a thorough going over.

Others reviewed include the new BMW 420i (the one with the big grille), Merc’s cheapest plug-in hybrid, the A 250e, and the bonkers Mercedes-AMG GLS 63.
We also have reports on the madeover Subaru XV, the base Hilux, Toyota’s Yaris Cross and the Ford Everest Sport.

In the classic section we delve into an Austin-Healey haven and inspect a Toyota MR-2. In the bike area, the BMW F 900 and Yamaha Tricity 300 are reviewed. There is all this and the usual news and views in the latest issue, on sale on the 28th of January.
